Cancellations & Refunds Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact us at sandy.inkyadventures@gmail.com with your order details.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
The book received is damaged or defective.
The wrong book was delivered.
The order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (subject to shipping terms).
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, or any downloadable content).
Delayed delivery due to courier or customs issues beyond our control.
3. Return Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 1-2 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, send an email to sandy.inkyadventures@gmail.com with:
Order number
A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
Your contact details
Once we verify the issue, we will provide return shipping instructions.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different book, you must place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
